This is XFServ, a file request handler for Xenolink Professional  
Bulletin Board System v1.90 and up. Because the other general file 
request servers do not have all options which XFServ could have, we 
(Martin Wasley and Bart Schraa) decided to write our own one. 
   XFServ is designed as two seperate utilities, the XFServManager 
which is the "managertask" running in the background and XFTell 
which can send a message to XFServManager's messageport.
