This is the latest version of the fax getty.  Dave and I have
conspired together to make a few improvements.  I don't particularly
remember what he was working on, but my improvement was to make it
work better for the SupraFAX's adaptive answer mode.

	In this mode you can sometimes have trouble getting a data
connection as the modem takes so long to connect that the older getty
would time out.  New time outs have been added.  Look at the source
and diff it if you're interested ;).
