SPAR stands for Sana-II PARnet device and is used to make TCP/IP
connections over a PARnet network. It acts like an interface
between any Sana-II compatible application (AS225, AmiTCP, etc.)
and a parnet.device. The parnet.device is not included, but you
can get it from any Aminet FTP site. 
This version is an bugfix and update to version 37.1 (which was
not really an official release); it should now run properly with
AmiTCP.
