    An Amiga & AmiTCP 4.0 or above :)
                   or
            an UNIX machine

Why should you use dl, instead, let's say, ncftp?
Here's why:
    ncftp is BIG, uses 300K of memory, this doesnt.
    ncftp doesnt have 'REGET' possibility, this does.
    well, that's about that :)

dl shows it's best performance over very slow links, where connection gets
timed out, and than dl reconnects by itself, and continues to download
where it ended last time.

If you have troubles downloading files from slow places, this is the real
thing for you!
