     Power Send 2.2 - Message Addressing Selection System for MAXsBBS

o  Now features some extra options like specifying a List to use for
   certain sections. An option to force users to use only that
   specified list has also been added.

o  Some more User-Lists have been created.

o  Now Features a User Base Conversion System which will convert any
   MAXsBBS User Base to a User List File for use with PowerSEND...
   The Converter `UBConvert' allows the setting of the List Description
   as well as the Default User Description... Full Workbench Interface.

o  Allows Users to Select the Recipient of a Message from a List
   with Search facilities.

o  User List shortened to speed up Door operation. PowerSEND is now
   upto 5 times quicker when scrolling through the User-List.

o  Lists now Optimised for FluffyNET Mail with all Contact Numbers
   as well as Local Sub-Bass BBS Users

o  Usage of MAXsBBS Text Lines for `Enter Recipient of Message' and
   `Talking to Yourself' prompts to make PowerSEND less obvious.

o  Automatic `SysOp' Detection which allows messages addressed to
   `SysOp' to be redirected to the name of the SysOp.

o  This cuts down on Messages going to the wrong users due to
   spelling mistakes etc.

o  Has facilities for upto 9 different lists so each Mail Network or
   Interest area can have a list.

o  Uses unique ANSI Table Displaying routines as well as a
   Key Press Short-Cut System. This means that by pressing
   a Letter (ie. `E'), You will be taken to the next
   entry in the list beginning with that letter `Er!ny'

o  Power Send v2.2 is FreeWare meaning that no Registration
   Fee is required.
