This archive contains an update of the UserConverter V0.4. This Program
allows Amiex sysops to change to FAME without loosing their users. This
Update now sets users which aren't included in the AutoPW database to
inactive state, so hackings should be no longer possible.

NOTE: If you require other converter-tools for Amiex to FAME, please take
~~~~~ a look to the Aminet (comm/amiex) for the file TRSI-X2F.LHA, this
      contains also MsgBase-Compress, MsgBase-Converter, MakeIcon and other
      handy tools to make the changing from Amiex to FAME easier.
