InfoBrett ist ein kleines PD-Util fuer AmBoS. Es stellt ein
Menu dar, ueber das sich der User Texte anzeigen lassen kann.
Es liest von jedem Textfile die erste Zeile ein und traegt
sie ins Menu ein. Es werden nur maximal 15 Texte ins Menu
aufgenommen (damit das Menu auch auf 23 Zeilen Screens
passt).
