Custom modules for EaglePlayer and DeliTracker.

Notes:
1. Both CUST. modules uses Amiga timers and so wont work on DeliPlayer
   for the PC.
2. Two CUST. versions are available, first uses Mad Max emulation code,
   second uses meynaf emulation code.
3. As bonus third version is available, created by meynaf. This version
   works only for 68020+ and DeliTracker.
